Springbreak #6

I had shopping with Erik Sharp (my date for prom). We went to downtown to find vest and tie for him. We're gonna match, so we have to go together ;) He picked me with his green tractor, the first time I saw manual car again. because almost everybody is using authomatic car here.

after that, we went to Walmart to find my legging and hat net. it was so hillarious when he gave me ride to sumi's house. His car stucked in the mud when he tried to turn over. so, we wait 2 hours until finally his mom came and solved the problem. but that was after we tried so hard. all of my clothes cover with mud and dirt :)

then yeah, i had sleppover at sumi house. we woke whole night talking and watched movie.

If you notice, 2017 was the last time I wrote journals. It was early time I am working, perhaps when personal spaces were abundant. Yet time flies so fast, and here I am at the end of 2022. There is nothing to look back on besides my post on the mainstream social media channel. It feels dry. Looking at the pictures without context. Though they are beautiful, they provide a lack of reflection whatsoever. As there are no pages to recall, stories may fade away. At the age of the so-called identity crisis, let's make it a go, creating my own space to share moments and thoughts, so it won't go away. So, what do you wanna hear first?

Lawatan Presiden ke Kalbar, Tidak Sebatas Mobil Mogok

Beberapa waktu belakangan ini saya cukup lelah dengan pemberitaan di berbagai media terkait dengan mobil kepresidenan Pak Jokowi yang mogok ketika melakukan lawatan ke Kalimantan Barat. Kelelahan saya bukan sebuah bentuk pembelaan atas Presiden, melainkan betapa media saat ini pilih kasih dalam menyuguhkan berita-berita yang penuh akan 'hiburan', tetapi kehilangan substansi. Perlu teman-teman ketahui, bahwa kunjungan Presiden ke Kalbar ialah untuk membagi PMT (Pemberian Makanan Tambahan) yang merupakan salah satu program pemerintah untuk meningkatkan gizi pada ibu hamil dan balita. Saya tidak pernah memahami betapa pentingnya kesadaran gizi dan kesehatan bagi seorang wanita hingga saya bekerja saat ini. Iklan layanan masyarakat di televisi yang muncul sebanyak hitungan jari dalam sebulan, edukasi kesehatan yang nyaris belum pernah saya dapatkan selama mengenyam sekian tahun pendidikan, papan dan baliho ajakan hidup sehat yang kurang menarik perhatian mata, a...
